We just had our ears pierced by Autumn at the Ontario Mills location and I just have to say that, “Autumn Rocks!!!!” We actually came by yesterday as they were closing and she stayed later and took the time to answer questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure both of our piercings were perfect. I appreciate the extra time she took with us and never made us feel rushed or that we were taking too long to make a decision. I will definitely be going back again for more piercings. The previous place I went to charged me a battery for a watch that was automatic for 25 dollars and kept that watch overnight literally pretending to order a special battery for it feeling so stupid when realizing it didn't even need a battery since it was automatic. Fast forward to my experience here when the main owner here quoted me 8 dollars for the battery on my other watches and informing me that my other specific watch didn't need a battery which is how I found out I was conned at the previous place. Incredibly honest and very affordable pricing compared to the watch shops around the valley”
