“I had a wonderful experience at Jared!! Went to this location on May 22nd. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased a bracelet for myself, but what really stood out to me was what happened with my son (3 years old) he dropped his bracelet outside the store, and the store manager went out of his way to ship it back to us without any cost even though it wasn’t something that was part of their merchandise. My son’s bracelet was worth $10 but very meaningful to us. That level of customer service, care, and kindness is rare. They didn’t have to do that but they did, and it made a lasting impression. Huge shout out to the store manager!! Thank you so much!!”

“I cannot recommend Cucamonga Clock Watch and Jewelry Repair highly enough! I made a 30-minute drive to bring in my work briefcase because the latch was broken and wouldn't keep the top flap closed anymore. I had pretty much given up hope—after two months of visiting every jewelry, watch, leather, and shoe repair shop near me, everyone kept telling me it couldn’t be fixed. Then I brought it to Daniel, and I’m so glad I did.
Without hesitation, he took a quick look at the briefcase, brought it to the back, and within just a few minutes, he returned with it completely repaired and fully functional! I was honestly in shock. After months of being told it was beyond repair, Daniel fixed it effortlessly—and that’s the difference when you find a real pro. I’m beyond grateful for his skill, efficiency, and kindness. From now on, I’ll happily make the 30-minute drive for any future repairs, whether it’s watches, jewelry, or anything else.
