“I woke up in the middle of the night and discovered my 1.35 carat center stone missing from my wedding set. Thankfully, I found it in my kitchen on the counter close to where I had been kneading bread. Since I've worn this beautiful set every day since April 2001, I was desperate to have it remounted because it has become a part of my hand. I called several places and ended up at Lupita's Jewelers. They were able to repair my ring and remount my diamond same day. Only issue is I thought $220 was a bit excessive. I paid it though because I did not have time to shop around and he was able to do it same day. I'm very pleased with the repair and super grateful to have my set back on my hand the same day cleaned beautifully and shining...like a diamond...LOL If I do a bit more research and discover their prices are not excessive, I will revise my review and give them 5 stars, as well as return again as a regular customer.”

But was so calm and JUST SO GREATFUL. Long story short went in 2 get a price quote on resizing my wedding band ring. Ended up looking at other rings and chatting with Javier! “I don't why people lie about being abused here. Owners are really nice and quiet people They get along with everyone. Except for those who don't get what they want for their merchandise. You don't go to pawn shop and expect 4000 dollars for something worth 200. then get upset and crazy cuz you're offered 100. Anyways i go there to buy stuff I need. stereos, televisions, tools, and just stuff i know i can get cheap there. If a problem arises from my purchase. The owner allow me to bring it back, no questions asked. I have been going here for years. I will continue to go for many more.”
