“Quick and easy! Came here right when they opened at 9am even though my appointment was at 9:40.. I was hoping they could take me in a little earlier. I was instantly greeted with a hello from both Angee & Desiree! They literally are the sweetest ever. Check in was easy ipad all set to go and the cleanliness of their clinic was on point! I went in for a livescan and TB test and reasonable pricing.. I was called back within 10 minutes if that! Done within 5 minutes! Thank you ladies for making this process quick and fast .. with a smile on the side! I'll be referring this place now to whoever I come across that needs the services you provide! Parking was full but luckily they have another parking lot on the other side of the building. I was lucky and found one spot :)”

“Having to go to urgent care can be super frustrating and not the funnest thing to do but today was a great experience. Booking an appointment was so easy, the office staff was really nice and check in was easy. The nursing assistant and practitioner were super nice, easy to talk to, thorough, and provided great care. Its so great knowing that an office where you feel taken care of.”
“At first I didn't know what the invoice was about, I called to see what was going on, after they explained to me which they were very kind i understood everything. they helped me to appeal with my insurance, they provided me with the instructions and at the end, what i paid was only a copayment of $20 vs the $350 my insurance was making me responsible for. thank you guys.”

“The labcorp on Ontario Ave in Corona is really great. I have had a few bad experiences at the Partridge location, and the last one (posted review), forced me over to Ontario Ave, three weeks late on my blood test!
They are VERY efficient, got me in and out pretty quick, no waiting around for over an hour, even with an appointment. The young lady that drew my blood was very nice, I wish I got her name, but I didn't. She also informed me that the Partridge location was closer to me, so I informed her of my last appointment there, that I had set 3 months in advance, and they canceled the day before my appointment, though they apparently knew far in advance that they had been short staffed for quite a long time!
I really liked the Ontario location, only it was miles out of my way to get there! I highly recommend this location.
The Eastvale location is the next one closest to me, but the people there also need to be taught customer service skills!”
“A surprisingly pleasant experience! I’ve never felt motivated to write a review for a medical lab, but this place is different. The building is modern and extremely well kept. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, considering they are “walk in” only. Places like Quest might be more convenient with online scheduling and multiple locations, but I’ll be coming back here in the future.”

“received text message prompting check-in 1.5hr before the appointment time. My appointment was for an evening time on Thursday, close to closing time. With the mobile check-in, there was no need to check in via kiosk, and I was called in within less than 10 minutes. The lady (whose name I don't recall but wish I did) was very pleasant despite it being close to end of her work day, which I really appreciated.
She was also ESPECIALLY good at drawing blood, I barely felt a thing and there was barely a mark from the needle afterwards. (I typically have no qualms about getting my blood drawn and don't even really mind if it's done by a beginner, but noticed that in such cases it can leave bruising. Nothing like that here.)
Very clean facility, including cleanly kept bathroom, and efficient set-up. I would select this location again for future blood tests.”
“Prompt and courteous phlebotomist. She was very professional and had a very light hand. Did not leave a bruise . I would say she’s a professional. This is my favorite quest to visit since I must do labs every 3 months . Everyone is kind and it’s always very clean .”
“This location is one floor below my doctor's office. I saw my doctor for a pre-op check up and needed some blood work. I checked in as a walk-in at about 8:50 am. There was no one else in the waiting room, and I was called in within a few minutes and was on my way out by 9:05 am. Later in the day, I might have had to wait a little longer. This was my first visit to this location -- and I usually schedule my lab appointments in advance.”

“Took my kids there after being exposed to covid, had to wait an hour in line, small inconvenience compared to other walk-ins/drive ups, and I got my results before I got back home. Beats making an appointment 2 weeks out and still waiting 2 days for results ?Guy giving the test was informative and answered our questions with NO attitude, gave me multiple receipts to submit to my insurance (which they honored) ... can't complain about any part of it.just a side note ... do your research, when you call this place, they tell you what they charge for the tests. if you're caught off guard, that's on you, not the facility. and as far as attitude, 9 times out of 10, you get what you give. kindness matters”

“Partridge location staff was kind and calmed my fears. If you speak to them respectfully, they do their jobs without a problem. I witnessed several people walkin on May 7th being rude and dismissive of the staff. They could have gone to any other location, but decided to harass the staff at this location like trouble makers. Sad! Pathetic!

“I got there a few minutes before open and there was already line with like 20 people in it. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in- be sure to drop of your order at the front desk, there are 4 tablets to check in so it moves pretty quick. Waited about an hour and 20 minutes before i called back, technician was nice and did a good job.
One thing to note is that when you check in, they say they will text you, but I never got the text. I waited in my car for like 30 minutes and waited the rest of the time in the lobby and heard my name called. So don't trust the text system, be sure you are inside after a certain time to make sure you hear you name called. This place is so busy its crazy, and appointments are booked like 3 weeks out. Overall, service was good though.”

“Linda drew my blood today and she was the most patient, friendly, and kind person. I told her I was nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. She calmly asked me questions that got me out of my head and she was so sweet to my spouse who kept me company. Overall it was a great experience. The waiting room was clean, the bathroom was clean and everyone was helpful when I got lost after leaving the restroom.”
