Clinical Laboratory Services at San Antonio Regional Hospital serve those who are hospitalized, referred by their physician, and those who are receiving home care. The laboratory is staffed 24 hours a day with state-licensed and certified clinical laboratory and pathology health care professionals under the direction of the laboratory medical director. The laboratory works with medical staff and other departments in the diagnosis and treatment of patients through technical analysis of specimens. Our full-service clinical laboratory also offers blood bank and pathology services.
