I've used this location many times. Always good service, could use 2 people behind the counter. Wait times no more than 5 minutes. Shipping rates are set by UPS not the store. I see complaints about the shipping rates, create a UPS account print your own label tape it with your tape problem solved.

Nice store and the one guy worker in there trying his best while the line is growing and the girls sit in the back....

I actually paid $400 more just to leave this place! The owner is greedy, there is a constant turnover in staff, and they are very incompetent. I would not suggest this store for mail or anything else, except to buy stamps.
