“I had a great experience at Post Box & More DHL FedEx UPS Livescan in Riverside. I came in for employment-related Live Scan fingerprinting and initially walked in around 1:00 PM to set up an appointment for 3:00 PM.
The wait time was minimal, and the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff were professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. They also assisted me with completing the required forms, which made everything much smoother.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern equipment. I also appreciated the transparent pricing with no surprises.
Overall, a very professional and seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this location and would return again if needed.”

Very unique mailing shop. Nice family atmosphere. They are so friendly and helpful and they have extraordinary candles and knick knacks. I always get a candle there. Very helpful with anything you are sending by usps or ups. I never go anywhere else.”
“Reliable delivery. Convenient location inside Albertsons. It was pretty busy on Monday at 12pm. $28 for ground shipping my package to Indiana. There were customers doing passport photos and picking up packages from mailboxes. Paper shredding is available for a fee.”

“I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this instance warranted it. This location has an employee by the name of Dakota who is freaking awesome. We're going through a lot on our end dealing with a fair amount of red tape and bureaucracy while trying to help a family member who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and found ourselves in a time sensitive situation which required two emergency faxes, which we don't currently have the means to do on our end. I called and Dakota listened to my circumstances and was able to help get things done despite the fact I was pretty frazzed and stressed out. He came through in the clutch and helped us tackle an urgent matter which may very well lead to saving a life, so if Dakota hasn't received a raise yet, it's overdue. The compassion, empathy and patience he showed deserved commendation.
This location has always been top tier. Great managers (I didn't catch the blonde lady's name but she was super helpful too), great employee's (especially Dakota), and just all around a positive experience.”
“I've had my office with Pine Executive office for over two years. The inside building is well decorated and clean. It also has plenty parking spaces. The staff is attentive and friendly always willing to help. Jazmine has been extremely helpful and she is the best on-site manager I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.”

“I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!”

“WOW this store needed a make over! Absolutely beautiful inside the new owners did a wonderful job. I love how clean and organized it is now I can actually walk in and see everything. Love visiting this store it has a great selection of high quality items and really has a warm home like country feel. Not sure why the low review from a previous customer maybe she was biased because of the old owner but my experience with the new ones has been exceptional. They are so kind, caring and helpful! “Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”
