“This is my preferred UPS location! I own a small business and I’m really picky about where I take my packages. Everyone here is friendly and professional and I’ve never had a bad experience! They are also very patient and helpful and try to assist customers as quickly as they can without any rudeness or rushing. I go to this location almost every single day and have seen them interact with a multitude of customers. I highly commend everyone who works at this location and want to thank them for their extra-mile service!”

“I had a great experience at Post Box & More DHL FedEx UPS Livescan in Riverside. I came in for employment-related Live Scan fingerprinting and initially walked in around 1:00 PM to set up an appointment for 3:00 PM. The wait time was minimal, and the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff were professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. They also assisted me with completing the required forms, which made everything much smoother. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern equipment. I also appreciated the transparent pricing with no surprises. Overall, a very professional and seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this location and would return again if needed.”

2420 River Road Ste 230, Norco CA 92860
“Very helpful and one of the best UPS stores in the area I will not go to any of the other ones because this one is so much nicer and better. I have never had an issue with anything at this UPS store or any of the employees, they are all amazing.”

5857 Pine Ave Suite B, Chino Hills CA 91709
“One of thee best and affordable offices in the entire IE. I needed a virtual office and everywhere that was virtual charged much more and was 100% online so little sketch. I came here and got a tour and was given the opportunity to go over what I needed the virtual office for. They also are very good at making sure the correct mail goes to the correct box (happens a lot at other places it doesn’t). I sadly moved so left recently, but they still texted me saying I got a letter and that is key!!! Many places just toss your mail, they still asked. I hope anyone looking for a virtual office chooses here. You won’t be disappointed.”

“The process was incredibly smooth. I spent very little time in Postal Express despite expecting a longer wait for my Live Scan application to be processed and be fingerprinted for employment. Sarai went above and beyond to make my experience positive. I will be back for any services that Postal Express provides!”

“WOW this store needed a make over! Absolutely beautiful inside the new owners did a wonderful job. I love how clean and organized it is now I can actually walk in and see everything. Love visiting this store it has a great selection of high quality items and really has a warm home like country feel. Not sure why the low review from a previous customer maybe she was biased because of the old owner but my experience with the new ones has been exceptional. They are so kind, caring and helpful! Such a much needed upgrade!”

“I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this instance warranted it. This location has an employee by the name of Dakota who is freaking awesome. We're going through a lot on our end dealing with a fair amount of red tape and bureaucracy while trying to help a family member who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and found ourselves in a time sensitive situation which required two emergency faxes, which we don't currently have the means to do on our end. I called and Dakota listened to my circumstances and was able to help get things done despite the fact I was pretty frazzed and stressed out. He came through in the clutch and helped us tackle an urgent matter which may very well lead to saving a life, so if Dakota hasn't received a raise yet, it's overdue. The compassion, empathy and patience he showed deserved commendation. This location has always been top tier. Great managers (I didn't catch the blonde lady's name but she was super helpful too), great employee's (especially Dakota), and just all around a positive experience.”

“I came in with 3 returns (1 amazon, 2 fashion nova) 10 min to closing. The person who assisted me was super fast and patient! I was so nervous since i came in with loose clothes that I would have to pack it myself (fashion nova doesn't cover packing! I knew this going in). But they took the clothes and processed everything with super ease!”

“The gentleman at the counter went above and beyond his duties . He assisted me with a difficult order and when it was all said and done, I left with my completed order, less stress and a few dollars left over. Thank you for turning everything around and making for a positive experience.”

2279 Eagle Glen Pkwy #112, Corona CA 92883
“Started dropping off packages here instead of the USPS post office because I’ve had two incidences recently where USPS simply lost my package without even scanning. So much better than USPS and a LOT friendlier too!”
-
3045 South Archibald Ave H, Ontario CA 91761
“Just a heads up to take a picture or video of your package when you drop it off, since they don't give out receipts! Other than that, this is a super trustworthy business. I used to be a little anxious about drop-offs because of a bad experience I had with UPS, but after using this location for two weeks, I'm completely relieved. None of my packages have gone missing, and they've earned a loyal customer!”

6939 Schaefer Avenue Ste D, Chino CA 91710
“I love this UPS Store. The staff is friendly and helpful, service is always quick and thorough. The reason for the 4/5 stars is that there is a really strong scent, probably some essential oil, that overwhelmingly greets you when you go in. I am allergic to it. So, if they don't take that out, I will have to go elsewhere. It never smelled bad before, I'm not sure why they felt the need to do this. Please go back to an unscented shop. Please.”
-
12672 Limonite Avenue Ste East, Corona CA 92880
“Very friendly staff and usually more than one at the counter to take on customers so I've never really had to wait long. They take packages from USPS, UPS, and Fedex so when I have multiple carriers to drop-off they make a good one-stop shop.”

“Got passport photos here - and was super happy with how quick I was able to get it done. From parking to going in and getting photos, to returning to car, 8mins. It's a fraction of the time and lower priced than CVS a few doors down (assuming CVS has someone to do it that day).”

“I’ve been meaning to write a review on the cashier/ and front desk for ups her name is (Precious) I recently visited again and once again as always, she is so very helpful kind and great customer service. There was a time that I needed several important documents printed and there was an issue on how I downloaded the file, she politely explained how to convert it and she had quite a long line, but she handled everything very professionally and kept checking on me and during the meanwhile she still tended to the customers in line. She was so patient and did not rush me or give me the (hurry up) impression. I was so appreciative of her outstanding customer service! This is the reason us customers come back. We need more cashiers and employees like this! This is a great representation of this ups location. So to the store owner , thank you for hiring her (Ms precious)”
