“Every time I take my dogs to this location I’m always satisfied with the services provided. Not only do the staff take great care of my dogs but they also provide great customer service. One employee in particular, Karina, has always been so good to me and my dogs, always willing to go above and beyond to provide us with helpful information and to ensure our visits always go smooth. Highly recommend this location because of the great staff!”

“They have the most wonderful, compassionate and kind staff. From the front office, to the techs and both Dr. Lee and Dr. De LaPaz, they are the best. We have taken our all of our dogs ( Norman , Miley, and Max) there for over 20 years. Last week we had to say goodbye to our Max who was 16 years old. It was incredibly difficult , but your gentle words and the respect you gave him and us, brought comfort when we needed it most. I know this part of the job has to be difficult for them as well, and I just want them to know how much they are all truly appreciated. Thank you for all you do. ?❤️”

“Always get excellent service. Really like the doctors and staff. My dog gets good care. Really appreciate that someone is available in an emergency. Vets are expensive as it is, but they don't make you feel like it's about the money before they will even schedule you, as though that's the first concern. I've had that experience at another vet. They even allowed me to drop him off earlier than their opening hours, and later, they waited for me until the very last minute so I could pick him up.
What meant the most to me was that they put Jack’s well-being first. They didn’t focus on bills or fees — they focused on helping my dog. Their kindness, patience, and dedication during one of the hardest moments of my life will never be forgotten.

“I took my dog into see Dr. Solis yesterday. She is an amazing veterinarian. She was very caring, and concerned, about my dog. My dog had an infection that another local veterinarian (who I won’t name) charged a lot of money but her treatments failed. Dr. Solis knew exactly what to do and handled the infection. My dog is feeling much better today. I’m very grateful for all that she’s done for him. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend this veterinarian hospital.”

“The staff are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The groomer does a great job explaining how the visit went, and the vet is incredibly kind and very detailed. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding with my senior dog who has severe anxiety and my other dog who can be snippy at times. You can tell they genuinely care.”

Explained everything so I could clearly understand it. The doctor did top notch dental work, my dog’s teeth are as good as new. Also, the price was right. Highly recommended.”

“Today was just one more of multiple visits with my pup, Emily. She's a senior, emotionally fragile. The ENTIRE team of docs and techs and admin staff are absolutely wonderful in their care and treatment of my Emily. They take great care of her stress level as well as her physical pain. I am so grateful, for each of them, as well as my pup. I highly recommend this vet clinic. Very, professional, knowledgeable, and they treat most species of our babies. The young lady next to me was in with her little sick frog.”
“First time there. Nice front desk people. Dropped off feral cat for spay so never met the Dr. My neighbor recommended and I plan to continue going there. Spay was only 180 compared to other places I checked were asking 300-500. They use walk in only system, no appointments.”
“We have 4 cats. 2 from the cat distribution system and 2 we rescued. They allow us to bring them in two at a time which is a life saver. The vet techs are all amazing and Dr.Greg is absolutely so patient with our furbabies. I definitely recommend this vet. They are very straightforward with prices and care plans. We appreciate everything you guys do and keep up the great work ??”
“I have reduced by one star because they are not reliable on custom medication availability. I was told our medication would be ready to pick up when my fur baby went in for his checkup. It was not. I do not live close to the office. I do not like that i have to make a extra trip to get his meds.”

“I was looking for a reasonable priced place to get my fur baby fixed and a friend took her fur babies here to get them fixed and the price you couldn't beat. Not only did my baby get fixed but also her nails trimmed really good and all her shots for under $250. Her stitching looks amazing and they also gave me medication I did not think was part of the pricing. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and so early as to I dropped her off at 8am, came back around 5pm and that same greeting was just as pleasant. Definitely found my veterinarian office.”

“This was my 1st time having to take my dog to a Ophthalmologist I was really nervous. She was not doing well, she had bad bacterial infection in both eyes. After the 1st visit with Dr. Richard Pytak there was definite imporovement in my dogs condtion within a week. During this time he did call to check up on how my dog was doing, which showed me he really cared. With a follow up and a another week on the medication just to make sure all the bacteria was gone seems she was all healed and back to her playfull self. Thank you Dr. Pytak your and your staff are the best !!!”

“The Team at Blue Cross Animal Hospital is amazing. Their patience, love, and genuine care for animals is so clear through their work! I have taken my animals here for almost 10 years and recommend all my family and friends! Just recently, our lab got diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Sean and his team were so caring and explained everything through the process. Our boy had to get his front leg amputated and even though we were so scared, the guidance from Dr. Sean and his team made us feel at ease.
