Broke down the process and cost of adding additional insurance for each box and efficiently swapped positions with a co-worker to help get the line down while we were gathering the info for shipping. Made sure that each service as received a discount with our AAA card and took the time to explain details to our client who was receiving the items being packaged. She made the whole process understandable and made sure the costs and services were full explained.”

“This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”

I just wish Printing service department has pick up lockers so I don't have to wait to pick up important docs when I have appointment to be at and I want to be early looking professional. This is the only upgrade that I would recommend which so many other loyal customers will appreciate saving us time especially if we've paid already online and all we need to do is to pick up and go... Amazon locker has code system so can Staple install their own locker system for people who already paid? Other than this improvement, people working here are diligent hard working amazing people. “The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”
“We love this place! They are so customer service oriented and we do everything we can there. The owner knows how to hire good workers and they are knowledgeable. Isn't that amazing? Hard to find good help these days. And TBH, I hate mailing things- just hate it. Huge stigma attached to mailing, but when I think of taking stuff here the stress is gone. They take the guesswork out of everything. Love, love, love this business and so appreciate all of their services. Great gifts and cards too!”
