“The staff at this location are always very organized, the associates are friendly, and they acknowledge you immediately once you come to the door, even if they're assisting a customer. They work efficiently, and are all knowledgeable; they've never made a mistake, if they have questions, they ask the senior personnel. I've never had an issue at that location. “Customer Service and replacement motor are great. Unfortunately shipment was missing one of two mounting screws and all of the plastic push pins that secure the rubber boot. I called Customer Service needing to order a new controller unit. At same time asked if they could add the missing plastic push pins. Note I used one of my old mounting screws for missing screw. Was told would need to return the motor order or buy a new rubber motor cover. Organization needs to give the Customer Service people some leeway. Very frustrating since I cant return a new mounted motor. Guess I will use some baling wire to replace the missing pushpins!”

“This is the best UPS store I have been to. Visited this store on a Saturday for the first time to do a bunch of Amazon returns. I was worried that I had a lot of QR codes but it’s more beneficial for the staff to scan each item on its own so that was good for me. Stellar service and great hours. Robert and Lynette were kind and so helpful. I need UPS for my small business and plan on going here from now on to ship my packages and do my returns.”

“If you have any notary business Guillermo is the staff member to go to ,he is very fast and efficient and knows what he’s looking for and that every time I have came to get something notarized, I’ve had no idea what to do for the process, but he guided me through it very easily and quickly I’ve only ever notarized things for legal reasons so I had no idea what I was doing but still was able to get all of the process done correctly and informed that all the things that I had notarized were notarized correctly, and I was able to move on with whatever proceedings I needed to do”

“Extremely competitive prices for boxes and shipping. I had a quote for a box from FedEx for $75 and they had the same box for $23. They also went out of their way to get shipping prices down on a large item. Very responsive management as well. I highly recommend Box City in Pasadena!!”
