“It was my first time using TSL Indo delivery service, and their service has surpassed my expectation. Their customer service agents were responsive and very helpful. She recommends which service that would be best for sending a big volume of packages at affordable price. The agent in the office assisted me in consolidating 13 packages down into 3, and carefully screen the packages (e.g., which items that can be put or not) to ensure all of them can be delivered to Indonesia without any issues. I would not get this kind of service from commercial deliveries like UPS or USPS, and TSL’s delivery cost of sending a big volume of packages would be significantly cheaper compared to them.Upon writing this review, all my packages have arrived to Indonesia in about 10 days. The agent in Indonesia informed me immediately upon arrival. All of them have landed safely without being opened or damaged by the customs. My family who received the packages also didn't have to pay extra fee from the custom nor the delivery. Though, I am still in US, and I have yet to see the packages.Huge shoutout for TSL teams for helping me moving out, and I recommend this service for any Indonesians living in US who wants to send a big volume of packages to Indonesia safely at affordable price. Lastly, I still have more packages that is being sent through sea delivery and I have high hope on them!”

“This is for printing services. I used the self print machine, and it worked and was pretty fast. Before hand, I called to ask whether it's functioning, and the person who spoke to me on the phone was very helpful and nice. Also props to FedEx for charging $.19 versus $.24 at Staples, per black and White page. It's still pricey, but still better than staples, although staples uses much thicker paper. One star off because of their limited hours, and they are not open at what is considered normal hours for other printing places. Inside, it's clean, outside on the sidewalk, it's kinda dirty.”
“Great customer service in a quiet location with easy parking. The staff, especially Eleanor, are nice, helpful, and efficient. Even though this is not the closest FedEx to me, I drive further to come to this one. It’s saved in my maps as my Comfort FedEx.”
