Budget Car Rental offers good service and better prices than some other locations. The experience is generally great with the best cars, including Teslas. The office is small with one or two employees, so service can be a little slower, but they try to work with customers on car choice. However, service can sometimes seem lazy and unprofessional, such as not thoroughly checking car condition upon return. Customers recommend taking pictures of the car before and after the trip. Many rent from them repeatedly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Manager was rude, apathetic, and unhelpful. No option to pay other than by a faulty chip, even though I had already paid for a deposit online. Didn’t even have the option to tap or swipe. Don’t waste your time here

Nick and Zed where both top notch. Knowledgeable, time efficient, and about 40% cheaper than what I was paying from the airport. Got a better car too. Happy to have found them.
