I would give 6 stars if I could. Ms. Katherine Nye helped my mom to open her bank account, and she walked the proverbial extra mile to accomplish that. The whole crew is really welcoming and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a local branch of a nationwide bank.

Terrible customer service experience. The teller was too busy cleaning gum off the counters to help me. The teller who finally came out to help me, didn't know how and ended up asking 2 others if they knew how to help look up my account. This branch is disorganized and has an unpleasant odor to boot.
