“These folks go above and beyond. I connected with them for a solar loan after my credit union of 25 years, Navy Federal, turned me down because my employment changed 18 months ago and they insist on 24 months of same employment. I applied for solar loan with Wheelhouse and all my other qualifications out weighed my length of employment and they didn't question my length of employment at all. In addition, their high interest rates on checking and term certificates - combined with their personal attention to details, I am preparing to move all my accounts to Wheelhouse. They give the personal attention lost years ago with banks and credit unions”

“I just wanted to jump on here & say, great customer service, I’ve been in here only a few times but the peoples are always on their job, I come in on busy days & the line moves considerable well. All have been professional & friendly. Coming from an extremely racists little town in Twentynine Palms where I’ve experienced extremely horrible service, this Wells Fargo was a literal breath of fresh air, the way they handle my transactions. She changed my mind about Citi, I was going to just close the account, but have decided to stay a customer!”
