Scammed by ATM here on 01/10/24 around 10:35pm. Went to go pull out $500 in cash advance money from my credit card and it kept rejecting it. I try for about 30+ minutes to pull money out and it refuses to go through. So I then go across the street to 7/11 and pull money out there no problem. Today I woke up to a $500 charge from citi basically claiming I received $500 in cash from their atm on top of the other atm money from 7/11 I pulled out!!! I called that same night and the rep said I was okay and the charge wouldn't go through and of course...it went through. Now i'm dealing with disputes. DO NOT USE THE ATMS HERE!!!!!!!

Never seen that before, I checked the hours before coming to this Citi bank branch. I reached at 2.30 and get to know they are closed for 30 minutes. For what reason? No one knows. So I waited under sun sitting in car for 30 minutes to get cashier check which was very urgent at 2.30. I also saw other people sitting outside waiting for branch to open so work is started. I never saw that before, neither there is any hour update on website. It's very inconvenient for not letting people know the daily hours of operation, the only valid reason I think they did that because they just chose to close whenever they want.

Citi Bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do not recommend banking with them in any way.

Nancy helped us open a saving account although we didn't have an appointment. Since we were there when they opened she was available to help. Make an appointment to be safe. Nancy was professional and friendly. She's very organized and helpful. The process took an hour. The bank was clean. The other tellers were very nice as well.

Incompetent. Branch and phone reps are in different pages. Was literally transfered 5 times and they claim there are no supervisors to speak with. Ultimately they say to go back into the branch after an hour on the phone. This is 2022. You would think online access for my new account should be standard. Each person I spoke with was working hard to transfer me to someone else instead of fixing the problem. I'll most likley be switching back to Chase where I've never had any issues.

This branch may have the dumbest people I've ever met working at it. My teller, a young woman was so incredibly d*** she forgot the password to login to her own machine and her manager another woman couldn't help figure it out for about 10 minutes. Then they had the audacity to be mask Nazis about things when no one was around me for at least 15 feet and there's a giant piece of plexiglass between us. What is the world coming to? Virtue signaling over actual virtuous behavior.

I have been with Citibank for over 20 years and just in the last they they continue to make mistake after mistake and keeps costing me. I asked for a new bank card only because mine was cracking, so they canceled my current card and took 7 days to get me a new one. Then this week I called to make sure I didn't make a duplicate payment and they misunderstood me and canceled my credit card leaving me high and dry again and with no plan to expedite things faster. Anyone I talk to cannot understand me and continue to screw things up for me, and all I get is sorry with no action. DONT BANK WITH CITIBANK, AWFUL!!!!

Terrible customer service experience. The teller was too busy cleaning gum off the counters to help me. The teller who finally came out to help me, didn't know how and ended up asking 2 others if they knew how to help look up my account. This branch is disorganized and has an unpleasant odor to boot. Do what you can to bank online.

Does not participate in $1 coffee specials "per the owner." Was recently remodeled and took over the location of our favorite taco shop that was next door for decades. This 711 has always been a busy spot, but I guess you can never have enough money right? The store is cleaned up, but the reputation with the community is dirtier than ever.

Newley remodeled store is nice. The selection is good. The customer service is great. The reason I only gave to stars is the parking lot layout creates a chaotic environment . I'm surprised a major accident hasn't occurred there.

This newly remodeled 7-eleven was completely out of bread last time I went and today they sold my 12 year old daughters a 14 oz. bottle of ketchup for $3.29. I'll also mention it was their very last bottle. Because it was a small bottle I had to go to another 7-eleve (Lake Jennings) to purchase a 2nd bottle as we were making homemade bbq sauce. When we found a larger bottle (20 oz.) at the 2nd store for the same price by daughters felt ripped off so they asked to go back and get a refund; with one daughter happy to go in and request the refund. For a convenient store, being out of bread, 1 bottle of ketchup and selling a smaller bottle for the same price another store under the same corporate umbrella is selling there's .....I'll not be going back.

THIS IS FOR THE NEW GUY WORKING THERE in the AM I love this 7-11 and it's mostly because of the people working there (Nancy, Michelle and Derick), they always have a smile on their face welcome you and will help you with what you need. It's kinda like 'Cheers' you want to go where they know your name. Now that they have this new guy, I can't stand going in there. He doesn't have customer service skills, he is not a people person. He would be better in the graveyard shift were you don't deal with many people. But not in the AM. I think his name is Eric, and I swear my tree has more of a personality than him. I just feel he is not a good match for the morning shift. He never is happy, and it's reflecting in his job. I CRINGE IF HE HAS TO CHECK ME OUT!!! Please just change his shift to the graveyard.
