I had been trying all day to get there before 4:30 PM when they close but when you’re a handyman jobs often times take longer than expected. Thanks to rush-hour traffic it took me almost 50 minutes to get there. I wasn’t gonna be able to make it until nearly 5 PM and the manager Greg offered to wait around for me so I could get my supplies that I needed for a job the next day, Saturday when they are not open. I’ve been here for many years but to get a good review you gotta go above and beyond. That is exactly what Greg did for me. Above and beyond. Much appreciated guys! “I purchased the setup with the bypass integrated just for ease of use, but it works great with my active 2.3 pressure washer. I will never wash a car without the filtration system again. Located in Florida with the hot sun, this system is awesome. You don't have to worry about water spots or use a drying towel after I wash my vehicle. I had a pipe break and dirt contamination. I accidentally broke a check valve while trying to take apart the filtration system just to make sure it was clean. Customer service was nice enough to send me the part at no cost. Although they weren't very helpful with any kind of schematics of how to disassemble a reassemble. But I get it they do not want you to disassemble their system. But I appreciate the fact they do answer their phone. and did help me fix the part I broke. I would definitely purchase again”

“He sat there for quite some time and helped me figured out different options to make my oil lines work. Helped me run lines between three different parts that were never supposed to go together and got me everything I needed. Could have made more money by not caring about my project and letting me buy a bunch of different fittings but instead he saved me time and money by making sure I had what I needed and nothing more.”

I brought in a broken refrigerator fan motor and didn't have the refrigerator model number (the ID card was too deteriorated to read) and the part number on the broken fan motor was also too aged to read. They went through a bunch of their parts in the back till they found the match for my busted motor and it worked! Really glad to have a store like this in my area.”
