“The sales agent is Ms. Rhonda. She greeted me soon after I entered the store. My umbrella was dripping wet, she suggested a place to put it down. I told Ms. Rhonda that I was looking for the sales agent that helped my daughter a week early. Ms. Rhonda said she had a phone call to make and she would check back with me later. I was looking for a soft sleeper in a specific color. I didn't find what I was looking for, I was feeling discouraged and I didn't see the other sales agent. Ms Ronda returned. I told her my situation. Ms. Rhonda showed me three types of sofa sleepers. I chose a sofa sleeper, in the exact color and style that I liked. Done deal. Thank You Ms. Rhonda.”

“I had a great encounter with a cashier here, was visiting family in the area and needed to stop by this ross to acquire floaters (for pool). Manuel scanned and bagged all my items in a timely manner, was very polite, and even suggested to buy some pool noodles (which i did!) I really hope to see this cashier again, anytime I come back.
