“10/10! This place means business. I have known Chuck for along time and what a guy. He is such a great human and worker. They always go above and beyond if something is not right and make it right. They also work overtime to make things work. His wife is phenomenal too. Super sweet and enduring. Recently i believe their son has taken over a position in the company. They have grown tremendously in the last few years and have continued to make their work quick and efficient but beautiful. The entire office staff is very sweet. We have loved everything they have done in our house and i wish we could remodel every few years to keep working with them. These bad reviews clearly didn't talk to chuck because he always makes things right.”

“Ron went above and beyond to help us on a leather chair that was a rocker/swivel/recliner. We could not find the recliner bar and it was an embedded strap in the inside of the chair. This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on.”

Just wanted to give 5 stars to the older gentlemen who is always working the register. Not sure his name, but he's super polite and is always trying to maintain a clean area. “This was my 1st experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in El Cajon. Great selection. My husband and I were purchasing a kitchen table which we found within 15 minutes. Despite that it was Black Friday and only half their staff showed up for work, the manager and cashier were friendly and communicated all the details about our purchase. We are looking forward to receiving our table after the holidays and will definitely shop here again.”

“Very cute place and friendly staff! On-site parking. There's a little cafe with inexpensive prices. I tried the mango black tea but it wasn't enjoyable; I didn't taste any mango and had to add a lot of sugar. The gift shop is adorable with a variety of items, but prices are high. There's a lot of seating for people to come hangout or have a picnic. There's a small swing set, a children's sandbox area, a large grassy area, and a chicken coop with live chickens. Very nice place to have a photography session but there's a $35 fee, which is a bit steep considering there are only a few picture worthy spots imo. Great place to check out if you're in the area!”
