Hot Topic has a great selection and friendly staff. The staff is helpful and provides good customer service. The store has many things at good prices. It can get crowded when there are more than 5 customers, but some stores are more open. Hot Topic is a nice place to shop, especially for the younger generation, and has a clean and enjoyable environment. The staff is very nice and helpful, even when they don't have an item, they point customers to other places that may have it.
