“Vans Parkway Plaza (El Cajon) deserves recognition for exceptional customer service.
I live out of state and was really stressed about an order, so I had to call the store directly. Celeste was the first person who helped me, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. She didn’t make me feel like a difficult customer at all, and when it went beyond what she could do, she made sure I was connected to someone who could fully help.
Amadeus, the manager, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He was calm, professional, and extremely reassuring. He walked me through my tracking information and made sure I felt confident and taken care of before ending the call.
The fact that this level of care and professionalism came from a phone call across states says everything about this team. Celeste and Amadeus both went above and beyond, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed.”

“There store hours are not correct on the Yelp app. Or on their store phone message says they're open from 10 am to 4 pm which is not correct. The stores hours are Open 11 am and closes at 5:00 pm Store Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.”

“I was just googling this store to see what time they open and I decided to leave a review. Ive been shopping here for at least a decade. On my way there this morning to pick up some shirts. This is by far my favorite dickies store. Great selection for my fat ass and great prices! I go here once or twice a year for shirts, shoes and shorts. Owner is a cool guy.”

“I want to share a great experience I had at the Finish Line store at Parkway Plaza. A few weeks ago, on the day of the Jordan 11 Mojave launch, I came in looking for a size 14. The employee who assisted me was extremely informative, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
After speaking with her for a bit, I learned that she was actually the store manager, Miranda Troncoso. It was refreshing and impressive to see a manager leading from the front and working alongside her team. That level of hands-on leadership really stood out to me.
I truly appreciated the way she handled customer interactions, especially knowing how challenging it can be to work with the public—I work in wireless as a district manager, so I understand firsthand. Finish Line has a great leader at this location, and it definitely shows in the customer experience.”
“I had a great encounter with a cashier here, was visiting family in the area and needed to stop by this ross to acquire floaters (for pool). Manuel scanned and bagged all my items in a timely manner, was very polite, and even suggested to buy some pool noodles (which i did!) I really hope to see this cashier again, anytime I come back.
