“I've always found the staff to be friendly. I use their washing service for comforters and heavy blankets. Its always helpful to tell them what works good for your items. For example; heavy blankets, low dry for longer. I learned the tennis ball system when drying large bulky items. It helps tremendously dry items evenly. Also tell them what size, (twin, queen, etc), so they know what to properly charge you. Always clean and safe. Been going there for 10 years.”

“I would definitely go back to this place. They provided great customer service. I called before hand and they provided a relatively accurate quote. I was a little worried when my blazer was not ready on time but the owner was able to get it to me within the hour and was very honest and kind about the whole ordeal. In addition to the customer service all of my clothing was well taken care of and they provided all of the requested cleanings and alterations. Everything looks great and it was not expensive. A big thank you to everyone who helped me out and the owner for taking the time to make sure I got what I needed!”
“I visited Valley Coin Laundry on the previous Thursday because my previous neighborhood laundromat experienced a dryer breakdown. The laundry facility provided me with operating machines and a helpful staff member who gave me a complimentary dryer sheet. A superhero cape-wearing child brought me amusement when his sock became trapped during my laundry time.
The staff members provided immediate assistance to the child and I had never experienced such service at my previous laundry facility. The entire facility impressed me with its modern appearance and well-arranged layout. I will continue using this laundry service because of its excellent service.”

I went here for many years and never had a problem EXCEPT I was unlucky one day and came across another person doing their pets laundry and the whole place was literally swamped with both soggy, dry, super stubborn dog fur... was quite the experience tbh ?”
“I went to this place late at night for sure that I would not be able to wash my clothes and dry them in the amount of time needed before they closed but sure enough I was able to get in and get out with clothes, clean and dry in minimal time. The washer machines are ran by a card That you upload money to and works wonders compared to having to get change converted to coins plus the whole hassle of walking around with extra loose change from leftover quarters from your washing experience. The staff was more than helpful when it came to showing me how to get a card uploaded and use it on the machine.The upkeep of the establishment is so clean and I would definitely use this business again should my washer and dryer break down again. I highly recommend them if you are a professional who works late hours and needs a place to wash your clothes without going to the bad places that look sketchy in San Diego.”

“Very clean and safe. I've been bothered one time-the WHOLE time I was there-in about six months. There was a sweet girl on duty and he wasn't threatening me, so I didn't complain at the time. He followed me everywhere and asked for money and a ride! He was belligerent, but harmless (I think). I did complain to the man on day duty the next time I was in. He told me to call the number and they could view camera footage. ANYWHO....I love this place! It's clean and efficient. The staff is amazing!”
