“Thank you for clean facility! I was here at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday....all was fine, but the music volume was earsplitting!!! Very difficult to deal with....like the music you play but please, a bit lower on volume. Thanks again for nice facility!”

“Anna is great at what she does. She had misread the date when my dress was due but worked on it the day off and I was able to still get it in time for my engagement shoot.
I had her adjust the sleeve but She also recommended hemming the dress to match my height (4’11”) and the photos turned out great!
She also steamed the dress and it took away the smell that was there from when the package arrived.”

“I am so grateful to Anna, who fixed my wedding dress. I had gotten it altered elsewhere and it was a disaster. Anna is an amazing seamstress and put so much care into the re-alterations, fixing the mistakes left from the other business. Very average/reasonable price for wedding dress alterations (about $600), plus she fixed the hem for free. After so much stress with the other place, I felt so much better leaving my dress in her hands. Seriously an expert in her craft. And super kind as well.”

“We are fortunate to live close to this establishment. They do a great job with both dry cleaning and mending. My dog tore holes in my delicate alpaca sweater, and I was devastated. VIP cleaners did an amazing job fixing the holes, professionally, you can't see them anymore! I also bring my cashmere sweaters for dry cleaning, and they always do a good job. Fairly priced. Highly recommend their services.”
