MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ! appointment made through the automated phone service with availability the next day, check in using the tablets at the kiosk in the lobby, you scan your ID and Insurance card after entering in your birth date, I dont remember having to enter in a code but I did write down the code given after making the appointment. When checking in there is an option to receive a text when you are about to be called so you dont have to wait in the lobby which is fairly small and overcrowded since majority of the people waiting are walk ins. Received a text and was called in on time and out in 5 minutes. Do not come as a walk in..... You are not guaranteed to be seen and you are only accepted if there is time after all the appointments have been seen. There also is no front desk receptionist only someone who occasionally comes out to call the next person with an appointment.”
