“I went to PMS to purchase some adult diapers, a bath chair, and to rent a wheelchair. First of all I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when I entered the store by Maria. Secondly Romano was very kind and helpful in assisting me choose the right wheelchair rental for our needs. The store merchandise is well organized and the floor is clean. I will definitely come back to PMS whenever needed.”

“I recently had my mom's lift chair serviced and the customer service was exceptional. Not only were they kind to me, they were kind and patient with my mom who suffers from dementia. The fee was minimal and well worth them being able to fix the broken part on the spot. They were timely and communicative and very easy to work with. Thank you, Tom!”
