“Great store!! Size inclusive (XXS to 3XL, petite, tall), mostly women’s but also offer unisex and men’s. Saw multiple brands such as dickies, greys, med couture, Cherokee, etc around the 35$ price point per piece. Mostly a variety of solid colors but they did have a small rack of prints. They have fitting rooms too.”

“Awesome customer service here! I called over the morning of my discharge from Scripps La Jolla since SLJ had run out of rental pumps. I was a mess, recovering from a cesarean, had just spent 78 days in antepartum, had a baby in the NICU, hormonal, etc so just needed the process to go smoothly. And that it did! I called over and was assured that there were plenty of pumps in stock. When I arrived, the clerk greeted me right away. I asked about insurance, etc. and got everything squared away as far as payments. She let me vent to her a little about the day I was having and displayed so much empathy. She then carried the pump out to the car for me since I couldn't lift due to my c-section. When I called later to ask for more information for my insurance, she gave me very clear instructions on who I could call to get the information I needed. It was such a seamless process and I'm so happy to have gotten my pump in a timely manner.”

“Wonderful! When I finally found AAA medical I was in a bit of a Panic. Resmed referred me to CVS, I checked Apria, and a dozen other locations. All the big stores said no or wait 3 or more days for shipping. After being on hold for an eternity. AAA Medical had the CPAP supplies that I needed in stock at a fair price. “Everything went really smooth. I had several diabetic shoe orders that needed to be fulfilled, and one wheelchair needing to be delivered on a specific day and time (which was accomplished). The shoes were fantastic, couldn't asked for anything better. Larissa and Kori were professional and lovely. They assisted and communicated how the insurance paper work; all the paperwork was prepared and signed as it should've been.. they were up front about what was covered and what wasn't since it was my first time here. The front desk girl, I believe her name was Angelina, was very polite and informative, she even commented on how nice I looked when I walked in. That was sweet. When I need get more supplies ordered, they earned my business. This place is tucked away in the corner of a plaza so you might miss it, but it's not hard to spot once you're there.”

“I took my mom to the Rancho Bernardo location to get custom-fitted compression socks to treat her lymphedema and/or veinous insufficiency. After analyzing my mom's legs, Camille (the employee) said that she needs compression wraps and not compression socks. The reason is that compression wraps are needed to first break down the fibrosis in her legs before moving on to compression socks. Camille also taught us other things. We have seen a primary care physician, veinous insufficiency specialist, and a different medical supply store and none of them have been as informative as Camille.
After wearing the compression wraps for a day, my mom's legs showed drastic improvement. The hard skin and blisters were visibly reduced. The compression socks she previously tried did not have an effect like this even after repeated use. This shows Camille is right.
Our visit was very expensive because we paid out of pocket but it was worth it.
Camille is star, and a real asset. This is coming from someone who is not easy to impress.”
