Motel 6 El Cajon is a clean, quiet, and cost-effective place to stay. Rooms are clean with no bugs and comfy beds, though they are simple with no mini fridge or microwave. It is very pet friendly. The grounds are clean and there is 24-hour security. The front desk is always ready to assist. Some rooms are small, and the wifi can be choppy. The pool is clean and in use. A noted drawback is that the air conditioning is set to a certain temperature and turns off automatically. Many guests would stay again and recommend it for its good price.
Manager Alan and all staff here are the nicest and most professional. Would highly recommend staying here. Anytime I have any issue it is handled immediately and with great care for my comfort. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance are all the best workers and so friendly.
