Plant House Nursery is a family-owned outdoor nursery with a great selection of plants. It is noted for having beautiful, healthy plants at really good and fair prices. The selection includes milkweed with no pesticides, blueberry bushes, succulents, hanging plants, and many plants suitable for zone 10 hardiness and the San Diego County climate. The staff is described as helpful, very knowledgeable, and providing five-star customer service. The business has moved to a location with way more room and plenty of parking, though it is a bit out of the way. The nursery itself is not fancy, mostly featuring outdoor plants. A friendly dog is on site. They also offer huge bags of earthworm castings and give credit for returned plastic pots. Customers report being thrilled to support this local business.
I had a wonderful experience at plant House! The selection is incredible, but the service truly made the visit. Flora was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I needed. I'm already looking for it to returning for my next green project.

Their new location is a lot more space. They have a very good variety that changes often. Prices are great and they are always friendly and helpful.
