“Went in morning time to inquire of getting 200 copies of a pamphlet. Within 10 minutes the owner already had two copies to share with my husband I of what it would look like. Majid asked when we needed and said preferably today. Kid you not he had it done and ready to go by 6pm when I showed up. Very friendly. Offered his condolences for my loss(copies are of my fathers memorial pamphlets). We were going to go to a chain printing place and luckily my husband looked up mom and pop businesses first. “I had an exceptional experience working with Avery at Staples in Rancho San Diego. Over the course of a few weeks, I called the store several times to ask questions about printing specifications for a set of professional booklets I was preparing for an important presentation. Avery was always incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as she guided me through things like formatting documents from Canva so they would print correctly.
Because of an unexpected situation, I had to delay my printing and ended up working on a very tight deadline. Avery stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me get everything completed on time. She treated the project as if it were her own and made sure the final product looked professional and was ready when I needed it.
Her customer service skills are outstanding. She is kind, respectful, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Experiences like this are rare, and I’m so grateful for the care she showed throughout the process. I will absolutely continue going to this Staples location because of Avery.
