“If you need office supplies in La Mesa, go to this Office Depot!!! If you need office supplies and you're not in La Mesa, go to this Office Depot! I live in San Diego and had such a phenomenally good experience over the course of several days with Ian and Mike (the sales manager) that I will drive there from now on. Both were highly competent and professional. What really lifted them way above and beyond was their sincere friendliness and cheerful willingness to bend over backwards to make sure I and other customers have an outstanding experience. Mike and Ian are reopening the store after renovations from the fire. These guys deserve all the business you can bring them. BTW, Mike said if he had four more of Ian's he could put his competitors out of business. I believe him.”

“I procrastinated on getting birthday invitations printed (big surprise) and when I realized they needed to go out immediately, my usual printer in Lemon Grove was closed. I called around and finally spoke with a gentleman at Copy-It who said because the job was small and also black and white, they could get it done for me that day if I was willing to cut them myself. I happily agreed with gratitude and relief. They even let me use their cutter at the shop for nice, straight lines. I appreciate how accommodating and considerate they were, and will be taking my copy jobs there in the future.”
