“I came to add more storage to my unit yesterday and found that there was a yellow lock inside that my key wouldn't fit into. I thought a random person did that and perhaps my personal belongings had been compromised, or worse, stolen. After talking with cleaning crew member Natasha, I found that when I left last time I accidentally left it unlocked. She had put the lock in to save my stuff from being stolen. I was SO relieved. She walked me through the process of how to correctly lock my storage shed so I knew for next time. I am super grateful. Thanks Natasha!”

“Justice was great. The 4th floor 5x10 unit I got was closest to the outside wall and has ~12ft ceilings. The only critique is that the cylinder lock wasn't included in my online purchase. I'm certain I could get a refund when I leave.”

“So far so good. Staff on premises on Sunday and there to help within minutes. All staff we encountered are super friendly. Second floor (interior access) storage is cheaper. No light or outlets inside the unit and it can feel too dark, but, I guess, that is to avoid paying for people doing weird stuff inside. Don’t get freaked by a couple of homeless customers, they are harmless.”

“Wow, this place is amazing and management knows how to hire the right people. I called 20 minutes before closing and Tomisha picked up the phone. I have never heard some one so enthusiastic and personable as her. I did not find her level of customer service with other storage companies in the area. Tomisha sold me on the unit the moment she took the time to respond to my question in a manner that was respectful and caring. Tomisha needs a raise because her personable deminer over the phone sold me on the storage unit and company. Thank you Tomisha and I hope management sees this, and does every thing in their power to retain her as a manager. It is employees like this that drive customers like myself to use The Attic Self Stage company.”

“Uhaul storage and containers was exactly what I needed to make the West to East move with my family. Using the storage for my pre-move allowed me to be with my son prior to the big move. I flew back to pack the boxes and make final arrangements with Uhaul. Chef’s kiss! Friendly, professional, honest people. Shout out to La Mesa, Lemon Grove, and National City! Thank you for helping make this life-changing move:)))))”
