“Spent a decent amount of time reading and researching units last minute during my move, about 30 minutes prior to almost all offices closing at 6pm. I had a few options, and could’ve gone with others but Securepace just checked all the bells and whistles for me, in regard to the promotional price and the price following the 2 months.
For as late as I made the reservation online, the process was seamless from start to finis. I received my email confirmation with all the necessary information needed to access the facility and storage unit before access hours were closed.
Everything went off without any problems, storage lock and welcome letter were waiting for me once I opened the provided temporary lock (which I returned to the clearly provided return location via email. This virtual experience was for sure the most important to me because of the detailed instructions provided to me upfront that was very helpful and easy to understand and follow to the T!
Thank you to the staff at Securespace for understanding that clear detailed instructions is all it takes to make something virtual nowadays as seamless and straightforward as possible.”

“First of all, Robin is a GREAT manager. Unfortunately this facility cannot support a 16' rental truck through the entrance. To gain access to my 10'X20' unit I have to park out on the street and go inside the office and ask Robin to remotely open the exit gate for me to safely gain access to my storage unit. Note: This no fault of Robin's but the way this facility was designed.”
“While I haven't used this company, their employee Ricardo went above and beyond! I was involved with an aggressive driver hit and run today in Bonita and he went out of his way to help me! Did he have to turn around after seeing what was happening and help me no, but he did and made sure the other driver was at a distance (I was very scared) from me while calling the police. Any employee or person who goes out of their way to help someone is a person of character and should be acknowledged! Thank you and to the company you have an amazing employee!”
