“Was able to get set up over the phone from virtual storage type to 5 minute phone call with everything completed in a total of 10 minutes. Super reasonable rates and a lot cheaper than other storage facilities near by.”
“We’ve used this storage facility for over a year now and they’ve been great! Deborah was often in the office and is always so kind and willing to help. Would absolutely recommend.”
“Above excellence! Their facility is amazingly clean and has a wash station for cars and RVs . Raymond the Manager does great job explaining and guiding you through the process. All the other staff is great and helpful as well too !!!”

“Friendly, I've used them three different times, $80 for a 25 ft motorhome, not a lot of motorhome storage, mostly garage units. Month to month rent. Only thing is I'd like to see more security cameras. Place is a little on the run down side. Opens at 8am except on Sunday when it opens later, I think 10 or 11am.”
“I needed a self storage in East county,A friend suggested Price Self storage in Santee.Talked to a very professional young lady there who was very helpful.Would recommend.”

“I have been with storage facility for over eight years. It’s under a new manger same owners . Very clean easy access going in and going out.I understand that they are busy and if they don’t answer their phone. They will call you back, so just be patient rent is reasonable it’s not outrageous like some places are.I would highly recommend Magnolia Storage”
