“I had to have my tire patched, after which I got on the freeway and my steering wheel was shaking. I called right away and made an appointment for early afternoon on the same day. I pulled up and didn't even get my car door open when one of the inside guys was at my door requesting my car keys. He took my car back immediately, and I was only waiting maybe 10 minutes before they had the tire balanced. Then I had two of their employees walk me out to my car telling me that if I had any more problems that I could call them and they would take care of me. That's what I call service. “Reasonable Prices, Professional and Honest! Not a "corporate" tire store, don't expect a waiting area or a detailed receipt, More of a handshake deal. Regardless prices for new and used tires or patches are reasonable and I usually get served as soon as I pull in, never have to wait a long time for them to finish either. I once came in for flat tire and they notified me there was no leak, could have just lied and charged me but they kept it honest. Another time I changed all my tpms sensors and 6 months later apparently they forgot to remove one of the old sensors as it was still attached to the rim and came loose, They took it out for me for free based on just telling them I had installed it here. I was fully prepared to pay for this since there was no way to prove this was their work and they offered to do it for free on their own.”
“Carlo is very knowledgeable especially with front end and suspension work. They are very pleasant people, my family has had very good experiences as well. You always leave knowing the work they did was thorough. They are my first go to repair shop. A little expensive sometimes but in this world you get what you pay for. They immediately jacked it up put it on Jack’s and started the install and balance amazing in the past. It’s like an all day thing. Try to get an appointment drop it off and maybe eight hours later your vehicle might be ready. They are awesome and they’re very great prices.”
