I shopped around and he didn't talk to me like I was an idiot like everyone else did. He's worked on 3 of my cars over the years, and now I live in LA and I actually had my car towed there because I don't trust anyone else to work on my cars. The work is impeccable, the communication and transparency are unmatched, and also the shop itself its so clean like a showroom. It doesn't make any sense to me! “Had my F150 serviced at a local Ford dealership and they snapped a lug nut in half on my front driver side wheel while rotating my tires. Dealership told me they could not remove the remaining part of the lug nut and I would have to take it somewhere else. Took my F150 to Discount Tire in Santee and they were cautiously optimistic they could remove it. After several attempts by a couple of techs, (and destroying their lug nut key) they were able to remove the remaining part of the lug nut. They put on the new set of lug nuts I purchased and all was good. There is no quit in this team. Excellent team and service!”

This tire shop takes very, very good care of me every single time. I am usually here about once a month, my tires need a rotation quite often. They also plug up any punctures.”
