Extremely rude disrespectful front desk on a pure power trip. Kept talking over is, wouldn't except card so had to walk to find an ATM. Give some people a set of keys and they think they are god. Would never speak to someone like that, the hostility was shocking and upsetting.

Absolutely terrible customer service, was yelled at and hung up on by Peter who seemed to hate his job. Do your best to avoid this business.

I witnessed for the second time a car being damaged by Western towing. They didn't have enough clearance and the top of the jeep rammed into a steel pipe
