“Oliver took care of me over the phone and I’m the Store. He was incredibly Professional and helpful. He took the time to take Digital measurements of my feet while Standing and while Walking. It is complete full service here and he made sure I tried enough sizes to get the perfect fit. I was able to find the Wide here which Nobody else has. I searched online on Amazon and Red Wings Website. None of them had Wide Sizes. I am so glad I made the Trip to the store because I guessed my size all wrong. Red Wings are incredibly well made in the USA. I have always had Irish Setters but decided to take the plunge and get the Iron Rangers. They are beautiful and as Solid as they come. Oliver answered all of my questions and was very patient. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this Brand and Location. Thanks again El Cajon!”

“I’m so grateful for the incredible service at the Vans store! I (stupidly) ordered a pair of shoes the night before a big trip, forgetting that my schedule the next day was packed — I worked 12–8 and had a 6 AM flight the following morning. My only window to pick up the shoes was between 11 and 11:30 AM before heading to work.
I called ahead and explained the situation, and Israel and Jonas were absolute lifesavers. They worked swiftly, kindly, and got my order fulfilled early so I could swing by and grab it just in time. I was so thankful for their help and great attitudes.

“Went in looking for my favorite shoe brand. Unfortunately the store-line has discontinued carrying that brand. Sad for me. Didn't have time to investigate what possible replacements they have. Perhaps later I'll go back to see.”

“I went into Main Street Fashion Outlet on Thursday, and the store looked amazing. I’ve honestly never seen it look this good. Everything was clean, organized, and really inviting. The girls working there were super nice and very helpful. I was interested in one of the new shoes they were putting out, and even though she was busy, one of the employees still took the time to grab my size for me. That really stood out. I had a great experience shopping there. The store looked great, the service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.”
“I want to share a great experience I had at the Finish Line store at Parkway Plaza. A few weeks ago, on the day of the Jordan 11 Mojave launch, I came in looking for a size 14. The employee who assisted me was extremely informative, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
After speaking with her for a bit, I learned that she was actually the store manager, Miranda Troncoso. It was refreshing and impressive to see a manager leading from the front and working alongside her team. That level of hands-on leadership really stood out to me.
I truly appreciated the way she handled customer interactions, especially knowing how challenging it can be to work with the public—I work in wireless as a district manager, so I understand firsthand. Finish Line has a great leader at this location, and it definitely shows in the customer experience.”
