About Boot Barn
Boot Barn offers a diverse and good selection of western wear, including boots, hats, belts, and cleaning products, at good prices. The store is very extensive, well-organized, and clean inside, with merchandise in sight and typically in stock. Many find the staff to be awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing very good treatment and creating a great environment that makes customers feel at home. However, customer service experiences can be hit or miss, with some staff appearing unwelcoming or bothered by requests. Organization for online orders can sometimes lack communication. While the inside is excellent, the outside area can look unwelcoming, gloomy, and in need of a more appealing appearance. Overall, it is a fantastic store for the western style community.

I got 2 great shirts for the price of one at the store. The shirts are great quality, and now I'm ready for the Cattle Call.

Extremely helpful staff. Just wish they had a better size selection.
