I get it, it’s not my home town.
Just a little uncalled for. I’m here to help you with your community’s power grid and pay these CA taxes that are way too much!

I bought working boots they told me a have a month to return, now that I tried to return they said that the Boots have to be have a defect so now I have a brand new expensive pair of boots to throw them the trash thanks? I will never come back to your store

Bruh it’s like no one works here, all the employees constantly hiding in the back and do not offer any sort of assistance to customers. Worst boot shop service I’ve ever had. Needed to look for an employee for like 15 minutes in this ghost town store. Extremely disappointed since they have decent products. Boot World in Calexico was way better in service before they closed.

Absolutely fantastic for the style and targeted community. It’s not my cup of tea but I can tell that anyone that’s into the western style would absolutely have a dope time in there.They have a large variety of everything you can think off.I personally enjoyed the boot selection and cleaning products they jd for the hats and boots.the belts and other wearable items are awesome.

This place is unbelievable!I am a credit card holder here and a United States Navy Veteran.With my veteran status, I receive a 10% discount there as it is their company policy.I have shopped there many times and spent $1,000's of dollars at this location.Unfortunately my wallet was stolen recently so I went in to shop for a new wallet. I bought my last one there as well.I finally found the wallet that I liked ($55 wallet) and went to pay for it and reminded them that I get the 10% because of my veteran status.They said they needed to see my veteran ID. I informed them about my situation and that my wallet was stolen with all of my ID'S and credit cards.They said they did recognize me from shopping there. Still, they refused to give me my discount. So I said okay I won't be buying it then and left.I went back a few minutes later to kindly ask them if they could look in their computer and see my transaction history so they can see all of my transactions had the military discount applied.I also asked for their names so I could escalate this with corporate Bootbarn. She told me to leave or she would call the police on me!!!I did not raise my voice and was not out of control in any way. I left at her request and went to buy a wallet somewhere else.I get a call from the El Centro Police Dept. I told him everything that happened, and he told me the employee (Kennedy I think, because both her and the manager gave me their names but then wouldn't repeat it). The police officer told .e that they told him I was leaning over the counter and screaming at them.That is a flat out lie! Then the police officer went to my wife's work and talked with her. She was very busy with customers and it was very embarrassing.I am filling a lawsuit against bootbarn for many different valid reasons. They also made a false official police report.The cameras will prove non of this happened.What a way to treat a United States Veteran ??I highly recommend not to shop at this location.
