“I went in and asked about a couch set I liked and asked if they had any in a different color. He said I could pick out whatever fabric I wanted and pulled out some swatches. I asked for one in black that wasn't microfiber and he found one. I was out of the store in 15 minutes. I had 3 matching couch pieces delivered to me on the second floor 10 days later with no issues.
