Pastime Hardware is a locally owned Ace Hardware store focused on being a helpful part of the community. The store offers great customer service and knowledgeable floor staff, with employees who are wonderful and provide excellent service. Staff members are acknowledged for walking customers directly to items instead of just giving directions. Customers report excellent knowledge and service when receiving project advice and product recommendations. The store has a lot of stuff for use around the house, making it very convenient. While some note it can be kind of pricey, the personal service and convenient shopping experience are valued. Multiple cashiers help reduce wait times even on busy days like Saturdays. As a small business, its hours differ from larger chains, but many customers report consistently stellar experiences over the years.
This is literally, hands down, the best hardware store on the planet. You guys always have everything, every time on the shelf, or you just simply don't carry it. There'll never be a time where you'll be there and they have an empty bin or a bad attitude.These people are awesome.Thanks a lot Frank

Wonderful staff, well stocked. 100000000 x better than Home Depot. Only thing that sucks is that they're closed Sunday.
