“Venerable and vast local hardware store that's been serving the community for at least 50 that i know of personally, doubtless much longer. They're dedicated to personal customer service, and you can get someone to help you every single time for whatever you're trying to find. Take a number, and you won't have to chase anyone down, or have your clerk poached. Been that way my whole life.”

“The employees there are incredibly helpful. I only talked to about 4 of them but when I stopped to ask them a question they gave me their undivided attention, and tried their best to meet my needs. I live near the Emeryville HomeDepot, which is where i usually go. World of difference between the stores regarding the employees, I asked a couple of employees if they would consider going to the Emeryville store to do some training over there!!”

“The sweet lady with the glasses is always super helpful and kind. I was buying fabric there last week and the computer was having issues so it took some time to get me rung up. She discounted my items and if it wasn't for her customer service I would have not returned to shop there”
