First off, let me just say, it is so refreshing to have an actual person on the phone for once. I must say the staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I called with a few questions about different policies and quotes. The agent Dana, that helped me was very kind and patient. She took the time answering all my questions and made sure I didn’t need help with anything else. It was a was truly a pleasure speaking with her.
I wish more customer service was like this. With every good customer service I know there’s definitely an awesome boss behind them. I will be referring my friend and family here for sure. If you’re looking for an insurance company look no further. I hope your experience is just the same. ?”

“These nice people are also a DMV Partner!Needed to do a title transfer and register a used vehicle. Could not even schedule an appointment with DMV. Drove down to find a line half way around the building. Found Bossa Nova listed as a partner on the DMV website. They took care of me in 15 minutes (And fixed a title issue - signature on the wrong line). No DMV Hell, easy parking, fast friendly service and reasonable pricing.
