As of today, the kiosk was working and no one in line was a plus. I received my new registration and sticker once I paid which was nice.

Very busy. If your document from DMV doesn't have a RIN number you can not use the kiosk.

Never seen a coin star like this one! It was beautiful. I'd happily deposit my coins for the 12.7% fee. The service at this so-called Safeway was delicious.
