I called with a few questions about different policies and quotes. The agent Dana, that helped me was very kind and patient. She took the time answering all my questions and made sure I didn’t need help with anything else. It was a was truly a pleasure speaking with her.

Drove down to find a line half way around the building. Found Bossa Nova listed as a partner on the DMV website. They took care of me in 15 minutes (And fixed a title issue - signature on the wrong line). No DMV Hell, easy parking, fast friendly service and reasonable pricing.
