“Good, fast service. Friendly staff. No muss no fuss. About $100 for an oil change (4.5qts synthetic + filter) and they check / top fluids etc. Not a bad price but maybe better other places, YMMV. I personally had a great experience so $100 well spent in my book”

“I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend them.”

They take the time to explain and educate when their customers have questions and their website is also educational with tips on taking care of your car, which says a lot about them. Their invoices are clear, with breakdown line items of each part that was ordered and service provided so you have upfront clear communication about what they did and also future records. Andy was incredibly helpful still and helped me understand what I need to do to for my car, he did not try to sell me on their shop and was very honest about the work needed. Very appreciative of his time and the help as someone who knows nothing about cars.”
“We had a couple of problems with one of our bikes while passing through town and are so very thankful for Adam and City Cycle Werkes. We pulled in on a Monday morning, Adam diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, fixed everything in 3-4 hours and got us back out on the road to continue our trip on the same day. We felt he was very honest and fair. The cost for everything was reasonable. We would definitely use City Cycle Werkes again and recommend this shop and Adam to you.

“Ruben has come through for me every time I needed work on my car - even in an emergency. The first time I went to him I needed to get my belts and belt tensioner replaced. He gave me the option of buying my own parts or having him handle it. Note: parts have a warranty when he buys them. He was up front and honest about the work needed and quoted me less than other shops. He finished the job quickly and professionally.
A few days later one of my ignition coils went bad while driving. My motor started shaking, engine warning lights came on, and I couldn't drive over 30mph. I immediately turned around and went to BA Auto Repair. Within minutes, Ruben diagnosed the problem, showed me how to test the other 3 ignition coils and gave me advice/option of replacing the one bad coil or replacing all four. I decided to replace the one coil because it would take a day to get all four delivered. He put in a rush order for the coil and got me sorted within an hour!! He even offered to replace the other three coils at no extra charge if I decided to order them.
