“I have been taking my car to this Oil Changers location for quite some time. The work is always accurate and prompt. We brought my wife's Mini Cooper, which they said they could not service due to some custom part. I respect that they were honest about that and sent us to an official dealer instead. I wish the prices were lower, but they are going up like everything else these days.”

“I've been dealing with owning a car in the east bay for decades, and so have had experience at quite a number of service places. Don's Tire comes out at the top - they can get pretty much any tire you'd like, and quickly, unlike so many shops, they underpromise and overdeliver. My experience has always been friendly, efficient, no nonsense service, with the car ready when promised, or sooner, and top quality workmanship. Prices are absolutely fair. I just wish more businesses could be like this one!”

“Willie helped me out. My battery died while I was getting my transmission fluid changed, I have a parasitic phone charger that drains it and I left it in there by accident. He restarted my car with a portable battery charger and drain the fluid and replaced it. It was black definitely Time. They had me down as having visited the place before, which is strange cause I don’t remember going there. But he showed me the paperwork and it was somebody else’s name and address with my car. No it wasn’t before I owned it it was only two years ago. That is still a mystery. He did however top off my oil and my coolant, above and beyond. Super nice guy I will go back”

“Got quoted $1300 for a leaking radiator at another mechanic, I brought it to Ruben. He lifted the car up to personally show me that there was no leak and that they had lied to me, he then offered to do the job for $200. He did it as well as some other work for a 100,000 mile tuneup and the car has been running wonderfully, work was honest and priced very fair. Hard to find a good honest mechanic but look no further than B A auto. Brought my truck in after for a list of repairs and everything was done perfectly including special requests. Grateful for the good work and I would recommend to anyone in need of auto work in the area.”
