“I have been taking my car to this Oil Changers location for quite some time. The work is always accurate and prompt. We brought my wife's Mini Cooper, which they said they could not service due to some custom part. I respect that they were honest about that and sent us to an official dealer instead. I wish the prices were lower, but they are going up like everything else these days.”

They were able to take me in the next morning and quoted me $600 less than BMW did. Service only took like three hours compared to a full day that BMW would’ve taken. “Orinda Motors is the best garage I have ever been to. The service coordinators (Tara, Jamie) are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They are courteous and will give you all the time required to describe your vehicles issues. Then will make sensible recommendations to fix the issues. They take pride in their service and treat customers with respect. Once the service provided does not require a follow up visit as they take time to make sure everything is working properly. The pricing for services is reasonable and there are no unnecessary recommended. I would very highly recommend Orinda Motors for your next vehicle service.”

“I've been dealing with owning a car in the east bay for decades, and so have had experience at quite a number of service places. Don's Tire comes out at the top - they can get pretty much any tire you'd like, and quickly, unlike so many shops, they underpromise and overdeliver. My experience has always been friendly, efficient, no nonsense service, with the car ready when promised, or sooner, and top quality workmanship. Prices are absolutely fair. I just wish more businesses could be like this one!”

“The staff here are all very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They do not try to up-sell or recommend unnecessary services which is very appreciated. They saved me time and money looking at my brakes and letting me know there are still several thousand miles left on their lifespan after having a dealership tell me I needed them replaced immediately and quoted me $300+ more for the brake replacement than Burrough & Sons. I will be back to have all my car repairs done here from now on.”
“Willie helped me out. My battery died while I was getting my transmission fluid changed, I have a parasitic phone charger that drains it and I left it in there by accident. He restarted my car with a portable battery charger and drain the fluid and replaced it. It was black definitely Time. They had me down as having visited the place before, which is strange cause I don’t remember going there. But he showed me the paperwork and it was somebody else’s name and address with my car. No it wasn’t before I owned it it was only two years ago. That is still a mystery. He did however top off my oil and my coolant, above and beyond. Super nice guy I will go back”
