“They were able to schedule a next day appointment with evening drop off. I needed an oil change and a brake system inspection due to some shaking while braking. Called me at lunch the next day and informed me both sets of rotors were warped and in need of replacement. My interaction with both Walter and Tobin have been a close to perfect as possible. They communicate clearly what the problem is and the best options to proceed with. If they think something can wait a bit they tell me.
