1864 Calaveras Dr, El Dorado HillsOur GSD/Boxer mix got a wonderful bath and nail trim today! This was our first visit, and the ladies working there were very friendly. She was finished in an hour and I was given a call right away to come pick her up. She even smells great and got a cute little trick-or-treat bandana. Price for the bath and trim were reasonable and worthwhile. I will definitely be coming back.

I was able to get a last-minute appointment to get my dog established with them so she could see a cardiologist, and everything went seamlessly. From start to finish, I felt like my dog was in very good hands and was treated with the care and attention she deserves.

Dr Quan saw my cat and was kind and gentle as can be. My cat is an ornery boy but stood still for dr Quan. They even had coffee for me. No one likes taking pets to the vet but the experience was cheerful and effective. The cost was less than half of what I expected too.. I highly recommend.

Communication was clear and friendly, we appreciate Dawn’s willingness to reach out and get the records and set our pups up in their database.
My wife took our Flat Coated Retriever in to see Dr. Lourdes Garden for his checkup and she was reminded of how wonderful it was to have one on one attention for our dog and not feeling rushed. Dr. Garden was so sweet to our dog and to my wife as she demonstrated her extensive knowledge and approach to my family. My wife was impressed.
She also mentioned Rebecca on how she was so kind and attentive to Archie, and also she could tell she loved what she is doing.
Lastly, the rooms are large and comfortable she did not have to wait and was taken into the exam room right after checking in. She mentioned how it felt “at home” if that makes sense.
Thank you everyone! We are very happy in making this decision.

The owner or Manager thanked us for coming in on the way out and gave us tokens for drinks since it was our first time there. Only thing I would like to point out…we waited outside for restaurant to open @ 10am and we didn’t get the warmest welcome from I’m assuming the cook. Very tall white gentleman greeted other guests but not us. Other than that we will be back again for lunch or dinner.

The team has been incredibly responsive and provided much needed guidance and support. While I know they cannot take every kitty in need, they do a stellar job of providing guidance and recommendations for options. My family was in a dire situation and when they could not assist during that time, they stayed in contact and followed up with us. At one point they were able to take two of the kitties and helped find their forever home. I do a lot of TNR and work with a number of communities/agencies and FKC is the most compassionate and caring. I am deeply grateful for all they have done to support my family and the community at large.
