You could tell they really cared about our animals and cried with us when we had to let our cat go. They were attentive and made us feel like we were the only clients. Vega Loop, Shingle SpringsAnna came to our house yesterday and we had a great experience. She was patient and knowledgeable, she helped us with our bernedoodle Neo. The next day Neo took my shoes and I was able to get them back without a fight! That was a big win for me! When he started to get mouthy I followed her advice, I had no issue he stopped immediately. I will continue to work with Neo and he is very receptive to the training techniques Anna showed me. Very happy! Thank you Anna! PS. I took Neo to the park took him off leash he played with 5 other dogs no aggression, when I was ready to leave no issue putting his leash on and a nice walk home.
