“Ferrell gas has been great always come and fill it up before it runs out. The one time they came and I slept through him knocking on the door for access to tank the office called to set a time for him to come back. So great customer service!!”
“I just updated this as I started with a 1 star review. I really think it's a huge diservice that Amerigas has resourced out their over the phone customer service, as I believe that the customer service experience has declined significantly compared to when they had staff answering phones at their Colfax location.That said, after several delays (and running out of propane due to errors by Amerigas) Brady Strong came out to fill our tank and he was terrific! Brady was very professional, kind/nice, humble, and clearly experienced. Brady restored my faith in Amerigas (though I hope to never have to call their customer service call center again). Thanks, Brady, for taking excellent care of us.”
