“This location was close proximity to my residence that I was moving from. The staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. I frequented this location multiple times during my move and every time I noticed it was clean and didn't smell like other uhaul places I visited.
This is a busy location so if you stop in be patient.”
“This is a great place to get propane cans refilled. They are less expensive than the places where you exchange an empty for a full. Also, they will provide a more complete fill of the tank. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.”

“Had delivery issues from one of there competitors gave Interstate a call. They were very responsive and all about service. Although the rain was a deterrent this year in swapping out my tank. They followed up timely to accommodate the change over. I'm looking forward to dealing with this company going forward.”

“Best experience I've had renting a uhaul. Uhaul as a company has really streamlined the check in and check out process with technology. Very quick process, which is great on a long moving day.The staff are well trained with great communication. Every detail of the process was thoroughly explained to me. I dealt with multiple employees and they all seemed like they received good customer service training and were applying it properly.”
“UPDATE:We did not have a good experience (see below), but I changed them to a five star because of Jennifer the manager and how she reached out to us and followed up with the complaint. She was very kind and apologetic about the poor service we received. We really appreciated her follow up and the return was great and went well. It is sad that businesses can be impacted by the poor customer service by one staff member. We are thankful for the follow up. Thanks Jennifer for your professionalism and treating a customer with respect.First post with a one star rating:The experience from start to finish was bad. Dealing with one particular staff member. The trailer they rented to us was in fair condition, when there was a nicer one right next to it.We returned the trailer by 7pm on the day it was due like we were suppose to but they would not take it, saying it was suppose to be there before the time they allotted. IF they needed it returned before 7pm, then they should explain that.Not that they care if we are a returning customer, but we will not use this location again, the customer service was terrible from start to finish. I feel bad for the person that owns this franchise/store, they will continue to lose customers with this staff member treated customers so poorly. We thought maybe she was having a bad day when we picked up the trailer, but NOPE, she was the same person when we attempted to drop off. I would give a 1/2 Star if possible.”

“Had great experience with this company. We usually use a mom and pop but needed a quick turn around which they couldn't accommodated with a 2 week lead time . Called Amerigas they were able to get the Gas out with in 2 days. Highly recommend !!!”

“Thompson Gas has been amazing! We had a horrible experience with Amerigas and finally canceled our account with them and swapped to Thompson Gas. Best decision! Everyone I've spoken to has been very helpful, kind, and respectful. They don't gouge you for money and charge you for services you never got, like Amerigas. David was awesome! He helped get our account started after he came to do the leak inspection and then came out to remove the old tank and place one of their tanks and he was very nice, quick, and thorough. They have even gone so far as to call and see if we needed propane when one of the delivery drivers was going to be in our area. Excellent company so far and I am so glad that we switched to them. I highly recommend!”
