“I’ve been living at Summerwood for a few months now since moving to Southern California for school. I love the environment here, the updated rooms as well as the staff. Laura, the front desk has always helped me with any of my questions and concerns as well as Francisco and Steven, who has helped me numerous times with maintenance and overall help. The smallest problems can occur and they tend to my needs without hesitation. The community here is very welcoming and friendly and it feels like I am back home where I’m originally from.”

“I lived here for about 18 months and I loved this place so much that I as sad moving out as I would from my childhood home. This place is a gem. Dave and Fernando are great, kind, and understanding. They fixed anything I asked for in less than a a day which is very impressive. I just had to send an email and Fernando will come right away to take care of things. The facility is kept clean and is a nice quiet community. My neighbors were very sweet. The leasing process was simple and transparent. The move-out was also simple and effortless. I'll definitely recommend people to live here.”
“I lived here for 1 year and want you all to know how highly I recommend this apartment complex. While it is not the cheapest apartment complex in the world, there are many reasons for that, and it's all based upon what you get for the monthly cost. First, the location of this complex is awesome; you are located in the heart of Pasadena and can walk to restaurants, bars, etc. The maintenance team is amazing, when I submitted a work order, all the requests were fixed within 24 hours which is super impressive, especially when it comes to small little issues, all fixed super quickly. The gym is nice, pool area is nice, office center with printing is nice, parking garage is easy to work through, and most importantly, you feel safe and the apartment staff could not be more accommodating and happy to make the time spent there worth while. My recommendation to you is this: if you are looking for the cheapest most affordable apartment complex is the Los Angeles area, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a safe apartment complex with a lot of amenities and a staff that wants to support you, this is your place. Thanks Holly Street Village team for making my year living here a great time!”

An say it’s decent ,, and staff are always on top of things to help in maintaining complex and cleanliness, althight pools do seem to be weekly cleaned, what needs a good scrubbing are the insides of jacuzzi and Jets and heat to be in proper working condition. It would be great if it was still affordable housing based on household income ?”

“My husband and I moved in a few months ago and we have loved every day we have been here. We love that the apartments are gated and not anyone can just come inside, they are always kept clean. We have not met many neighbors but I think everyone just is so comfortable at home. It's such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to not think twice about it. Maria is a wonderful, patient and so helpful person and is ready to answer all questions anyone has. She is also a very kind person that always has a smile on her face. We love that there is also a handyman Manuel on sight for any issues that anyone has. We have two grills available for use, a pool and two laundry rooms. Most importantly is that all neighbors respect each other and always greet no matter if they know you or not.”
“Luxe 1801 has been an amazing experience for my wife and I!Since our time here, we have always had such pleasant interactions with the property manager Kaila and the maintenance team. They are always seen working hard and going above and beyond to ensure they do as much as they can to keep our complex clean and repaired. I consistently see them working in the morning through to the evening, and even on weekends. Not only are they hard workers, but they’re also kind, courteous, and profesional!This has been a huge step-up from our previous apartment experiences here in the LA area!We have not had a single issue, question, or maintenance request go ignored or unassisted, they make sure to follow up as quickly as possible!Definitely a safe area too!”

“I have been a tenant here since 2019 and it's perfect for renting the community is very welcoming . it is gated the units and spacious . it has a pool and barbecue area. And is amazing for kids and pets . The manger are attentive and will solve any issues or problems you may have . Maintenances is on sight and is very friendly .”
“Very beautiful apartments I love the view on how I can just look at the mountains, they allow pets got 2 pools to choose the only bummer is no playground. The managers Maria and Crystal are just the sweetest they are always ready to help they are so professional if I have any issue with my apartment I get it fixed as soon as possible or they always give me notice if any delays. They have made living here awesome.”
“I don't understand all the negative reviews. Probably because I only stayed there for a short term? I stayed here during my trip to the USA because my uncle was staying here during his doctoral degree (under a scholarship by his church. He's a pastor in his home country), and the church paid for the accommodation, so we couldn't say much about it. But, in terms of comfort, I can confidently say that I'd consider Raintree as my dream long-term accommodation. The area was well-maintained, and there were enough parkings, although we had to walk a little. Unless you're a potato couch, it shouldn't be a problem. The noise was still under a tolerable limit. And the unit was cozy and modern. Again, I could just be lucky to get a good unit. Or maybe those who posted negative reviews just have unrealistic expectation...”
“I actually love this apartment complex, and the people in it. We are all quiet, respectful people. Been in since May 2023. No idea why it has a low rating. I prefer this place over every apt complex I’ve ever lived in.”
