“While I haven't moved in yet, this review is mainly for my interactions with Jessica from management and the maintenance/groundskeeping team during my interactions and experiences visiting the apartments so far.
I must say, there's a reason why these apartments have such consistently high reviews! Mainly from seeing how Jessica manages the apartments and her excellent customer service and people skills! Her exceptionally and genuinely nice and thoughtful personality is definitely the main selling point for me right now, and all her awards show that she is definitely the reason why so many people stay at these apartments long term and are happy living here (based on the stories and people I've talked to here as well).
And from a price comparison to other apartments in the area, this place is a no brainer! Gated parking, garages, Amazon Hub locker, on-site laundry, community pools, close proximity to the freeway and shopping centers and restaurants, on-point and communicative management and maintenance teams... for similar apartments at this price during this economy especially with rising rent, you are getting a great deal!

“This property was everything I could possibly want. Jasmine was an amazing tour guide. She took her time, and showed us everything we wanted to see. I am a very anxious person when it comes to things like this, but she was very patient. I would’ve signed the lease if my work contract didn’t require me to be elsewhere. I will definitely be reconsidering when my assignment is complete.”

“I’ve been living at Summerwood for a few months now since moving to Southern California for school. I love the environment here, the updated rooms as well as the staff. Laura, the front desk has always helped me with any of my questions and concerns as well as Francisco and Steven, who has helped me numerous times with maintenance and overall help. The smallest problems can occur and they tend to my needs without hesitation. The community here is very welcoming and friendly and it feels like I am back home where I’m originally from.”

“I’ve been so impressed with Holly Street Apartments, especially after the recent renovations—everything feels brand new and thoughtfully updated. The pool and spa area are perfect for relaxing, and the gym has everything I need. I’m on that stair master regularly, and it’s been a game-changer for my routine.
Huge shoutout to the manager, Darrell—he’s truly amazing. Always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It makes such a difference knowing management is on top of things. Highly recommend this place!”
“Our family lived here for 6 yrs and we absolutely loved it. Amazing value for the money. Schools in the area are A1. Location is in great proximity to all shopping and local restaurants. Management and maintenance team are truly outstanding. They are all very friendly and make you feel like a part of the community. Cecilia took over as the manager a few years ago and we instantly saw a turnaround in the complex. She is truly an exceptional manager. She installed additional lighting in the walkways and security cameras in the parking areas and both vehicle entrances to the complex. Upgraded gym equipment and free weights were added. Brand new playground equipment and regularly maintained play area. Juan, Matt and Jared in maintenance are always quick to take care of any issues that arise around the complex or in the unit. All around great community and place for a family to live. My kids had so many friends in the complex and we made friends with quite a few of the parents as well. Lots of the people who live here have lived here for quite a while. Usually I find that a good sign of a solid place to stick around. If we hadn't found a home for our family, we would definitely still live here. Inner apartments off the street side are a bit more quiet. We lived upstairs and rarely ever heard the neighbors except for some surround sound systems but that's normal for apartment living. I highly recommend this place if you're considering moving in here. Thank you Cecilia and the rest of the team. We will miss you all.”

“My husband and I moved in a few months ago and we have loved every day we have been here. We love that the apartments are gated and not anyone can just come inside, they are always kept clean. We have not met many neighbors but I think everyone just is so comfortable at home. It's such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to not think twice about it. Maria is a wonderful, patient and so helpful person and is ready to answer all questions anyone has. She is also a very kind person that always has a smile on her face. We love that there is also a handyman Manuel on sight for any issues that anyone has. We have two grills available for use, a pool and two laundry rooms. Most importantly is that all neighbors respect each other and always greet no matter if they know you or not.”

“Patty is amazing. I have lived here for just over a year and her and the staff have made my stay like paradise. Life has been tough and they have worked with my family and I month to month to get things paid. I have lived here for over 12 months and only had to call maintenance once for a clogged toilet. This place is a hidden gem. Thanks Patty and staff for everything. Godspeed. My Queen and I appreciate you all.”

“Very beautiful apartments I love the view on how I can just look at the mountains, they allow pets got 2 pools to choose the only bummer is no playground. The managers Maria and Crystal are just the sweetest they are always ready to help they are so professional if I have any issue with my apartment I get it fixed as soon as possible or they always give me notice if any delays. They have made living here awesome.”
“I lived here for a year and honestly I loved it. I’m sad I had to move .. the manager on site Arely is sooooo friendly and great! She is very attentive and sends help when needed. This building is family friendly and they have events around the holidays. For the most part it’s quiet except for the one service dog in the building who does yap. Not sure if they’re still there but you can’t really hear them if you’re on the other side. The units have been remodeled and are beautiful. The maintenance people are also nice and even helped me move my fridge and couch into the unit without anyone asking. I love the area there’s no street cleaning on the street and the neighbors are friendly too.”
